The strength of Madaguscar 1 is its location: it is in the Jomtien Beach area and only 230 metres from the sea, so you can walk down to the beach easily, while restaurants, ATMs and convenience stores are all around.
The house holds 12 guests and up to 14, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal for group trips that want both the beach and everyday convenience.
A 7 × 5 metre pool
The private pool measures 7 × 5 metres and is 1.2 metres deep, set in the middle of the house, with two bedrooms facing the pool, so you can wake up and jump straight in.
The house asks that you wear swimwear in the pool only; if you have no swimwear, you may wear sportswear instead.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All four bedrooms have 5-foot beds: two rooms have 2 beds and the other two have 1 bed each, and every room has an en-suite bathroom, with two rooms next to the pool.
The amenities provided include a hair dryer, shampoo, soap and tissues.
Kitchen and cooking corner
The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster and wine glasses, plus a 75-litre ice bucket.
One thing to note is that this kitchen has no blender, so if you have a recipe that needs blending, please bring your own.
Karaoke and pool table
The house has karaoke and a pool table for socialising in the evening; combined with its location near the beach, you can enjoy both staying in and strolling by the sea.
Outdoor noise is allowed until 21:00, while indoors you may make noise all night.
