A 3-zone house for several families
D’Villa PATTAYA is designed as 3 separate wings: the D1 wing has a small living room connecting 2 bedrooms, the D2 wing has a large living room connecting 3 bedrooms, and the D3 wing has 2 more bedrooms, making it ideal for several families who want their own group's space.
The house is in the area opposite Na Kluea Beach, 7.2 km from the sea. Viking Village Restaurant is 376 metres away and a Krungsri bank is 384 metres away.
Circular pools and the new zone
The house's highlight is 2 circular pools, the first 6 metres wide and the second 4 metres wide, both 120 cm deep, giving an unusual atmosphere unlike an ordinary pool.
The new living-room zone (NEW ZONE) has a pool table and a shared bathroom, serving as the whole house's gathering corner.
7 bedrooms and amenities
Most bedrooms have 6-foot beds, and some have an in-room bathtub. Every room has an en-suite bathroom except the D3 wing, which uses 1 bathroom with a door. The house has 9 smart TVs and 10 air conditioners, one in every room.
Amenities such as body wash, shampoo, towels, a hairdryer, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are all provided, so you can settle in as soon as you arrive.
Kitchen and complimentary extras
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house provides a complimentary 1 box of ice (32 litres), 1 pack of drinking water, and 1 bag of charcoal. More can be ordered from the housekeeper before 17:00.
Parking is convenient, fitting 6–8 cars, catering to groups arriving in several vehicles.
