Eight bedrooms, split into wings D1 and D2
Wing D1 has bedrooms 1 to 5, and wing D2 has bedrooms 6 to 8. Every room has a 6-foot bed, and bedrooms 5 and 8 have 2 beds, making it easy to arrange guests into families or groups of friends.
Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a large living room with 1 more shared bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a bathtub in the room, and bedroom 5 has a bathtub outside the bedroom.
A 5 × 10 metre pool
The spacious swimming pool measures 5 × 10 metres and is 120 cm deep, enough for dozens of people to take turns swimming or hold water activities without crowding.
One thing to know for guests with pets: pets are not allowed in the pool, to keep the water clean.
Entertainment throughout the villa
The villa has karaoke and a pool table, with 1 Marshall speaker, and 9 smart TVs and 10 air conditioners covering every room.
On noise, the villa states that sound is allowed until 23:00, which is later than many villas, but please still be considerate of the surrounding neighbours.
Kitchen and what the villa provides
The kitchen is fully equipped and suited to cooking big meals. The villa provides 1 ice bucket (32 litres), 1 pack of drinking water (12 small bottles) and 1 bag of charcoal.
If you would like more, order from the housekeeper before 17:00. Ice, drinking water (per pack) and charcoal are 50 baht per bag. Every room is fully equipped with body wash, shampoo, towels, hair towels, a hair dryer, toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Restaurants and shops nearby
The restaurant Loffbit Park is about 600 metres away, a 7-Eleven about 800 metres, and CJ Supermarket about 900 metres, while Mahachon Market is about 1.2 kilometres away, so it is easy to head out for top-ups.
The villa has parking for 8–10 cars, enough for a large group arriving in several cars.
