Two villas for large group trips
CHA CHA 1 is on the side opposite Bang Saray Beach, about 4.5 kilometres from the sea, and sleeps 20–25 guests. The property is split into 2 villas.
The restaurant Kuay Chap Nam Khon, by Suan Ban Khwan, is about 600 metres away, while convenience stores are farther, so it is best to stop and shop before checking in.
7 × 5 metre pool and 12-metre slide
The pool measures 7 × 5 metres and is 1.2 metres deep, with a 12-metre slide for children and adults to enjoy.
There are 2 outdoor bathrooms by the swimming pool, so there is no need to walk through wet into the villa's en-suite bathrooms.
Six bedrooms across two villas
Villa 1 has bedrooms 1 and 2 with one 5-foot bed each, and bedrooms 3 and 4 with two 5-foot beds each, with en-suite bathrooms, plus 1 shared bathroom.
Villa 2 has bedroom 5 with two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 6 with two 5-foot beds, for which the villa's information does not state an en-suite bathroom.
Thai kitchen and amenities
The Thai kitchen is fully equipped, with pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket.
Provided amenities are towels, shampoo, hair conditioner and a hair dryer.
Noise, EV charging and pets
