An indoor pool you can enjoy even in strong sun

This house's swimming pool is indoors, 2.5 meters wide, 6 meters long and 1.2 meters deep, with a 3-meter slide for kids to whoosh into the water. If you want to swim in a bigger pool, you can also use the village's shared pool.

The house provides vintage bicycles for riding to the beachfront, which is only about 200 meters away. Nearby, Boathouse restaurant is about 56 meters away, 7-Eleven about 57 meters, Xta Plus pharmacy (Jomtien Beach Soi 8 branch) about 90 meters, and Bangkok Bank about 215 meters.

Three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bed. Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed. The separate bathrooms are one in the living room area and one more in the middle of the second floor.

Children up to 7 years old stay free, up to 2 children (sharing a bed with their parents). Toiletries include soap, shampoo, towels and a hair dryer.

Pool table, washing machine and kitchen

The house has a 6-leg pool table and a washing machine, so on multi-night trips you can wash your swimwear yourself. Noise is allowed outdoors until 21:00 and indoors until 22:00.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, wine glasses and a 30-liter ice bucket. Complimentary extras are 1 bag of charcoal, 1 pack of drinking water, coffee and Ovaltine. If you don't wash the dishes yourself, there is a dishwashing fee starting at 1,000 baht.

Bringing your dog? Know this rule

The house accepts dogs at 500 baht per dog per night, but not cats. Dogs are not allowed on the beds and may not relieve themselves inside the house or on the grounds; they must use the bathroom only. If pet odors or urine or feces stains are found, a 1,000 baht fine applies.
