Near the house, there is Wat Yansangworn Hospital about 1.0 kilometers away, a salad shop about 1.1 kilometers away, a convenience store about 1.6 kilometers away, and Lotus Go Fresh about 2.2 kilometers away, so you can rest assured about shopping and emergency travel.
Pools, slides and childcare facilities
The swimming pool measures 3 × 6 meters and is 120–140 cm deep. There are slides for children and adults to have fun. The house has 3 children's life jackets.
