Private pool and outdoor living space
The private swimming pool measures 5 × 7 metres and is 1.2 metres deep, deep enough for adults to soak comfortably, while older children can still stand on the bottom.
The house is opposite Bang Saray Beach, 5.9 kilometres from the sea, so it suits trips that focus on relaxing at the villa.
A Thai kitchen fully prepared for you
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket.
If you want to barbecue, ice is 60 baht per 10 kg bag, and charcoal is 40 baht per bag.
Three bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two 5-foot beds and share 1 common bathroom.
When many guests share a bathroom, it is best to agree on the morning shower order in advance.
Evenings for a big group
The house has karaoke and a pool table. Outdoor sound may be used until 23:00, after which you can lower the volume and keep the party going all night.
The restaurant Kuay Jap Nam Khon Rim Suan Ban Khwan is about 580 metres away, and the Bang Saray 7-Eleven is about 1.8 kilometres away.
Rules to read before booking
Charging electric vehicles of any kind at the house is not allowed, and dogs are not allowed in the accommodation. Violations are fined as specified in the notes section below. For other types of pets, please ask before bringing them.
