Tuscany Bangsean T1 is a three-bedroom European-style pool villa for 6–8 guests. The house says it's just a 5-minute drive to Bang Saen Beach and close to the Ang Sila fish market. It's geared toward relaxing family stays and does not accept groups looking to throw a party.

A base for exploring Bang Saen and Ang Sila

The house is about 3.7 km from the sea. According to the house, Bang Saen Beach is just a 5-minute drive away, and it's close to the Ang Sila fish market, cafes and restaurants.

Nearby are Jae Nui Seafood, about 374 meters away, Lotus's Go Fresh Laem Thaen about 790 meters, and a 7-Eleven about 872 meters.

A compact pool with kids' and adults' zones

The 3 × 4 meter pool is divided into a 60 cm deep kids' zone and a 1.2-meter-deep adults' zone, better suited to splashing around with the kids than swimming for exercise.

Please wear only swimwear in the pool; if you don't have any, sportswear is fine. Make sure everyone packs suitable clothes.

Movies on the projector and foosball

Inside there's a Smart Projector for movie nights, a foosball table and free Wi-Fi, with air conditioning in every room and a TV in the living room.

No loud noise outdoors after 21:00, but noise is allowed inside the house, so evenings are perfect for gathering indoors for a movie.

One bedroom downstairs, two upstairs

Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor with a 6-ft bed, a good pick for anyone who'd rather avoid the stairs. Bedroom 2 is on the 2nd floor with a 6-ft bed and 1 3.5-ft bed plus an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 3 is on the 2nd floor with a 6-ft bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The house provides bedding sets, pillows, blankets and water heaters. Extra guests aren't given extra bedding, but towels are provided.

An electric kitchen with a grill

The kitchen uses an electric stove and has a rice cooker, a kettle, a grill, a fridge, a microwave, a pan, dishes, spoons, glasses and an ice bucket. You can buy seafood at Ang Sila and grill it back at the house.

There's parking for 2 cars inside the house and 2 more in front.
