Seaside Symphony Luxury is at Krathing Lai Beach, 100 metres from the sea, with Exclusive Private Beach Access. Walk to the sea in the morning and come back to the pool in the afternoon, a trip rhythm that is not easy to find.

Within about 260 metres there is a Bangchak station, a Mini Big C is about 290 metres away and Go Wu Guay Jub restaurant about 360 metres away. You can walk out to shop or find something to eat without driving far.

A saltwater pool, a waterfall and 7-colour lights

The Saltwater Chlorinator pool measures 8 × 4 metres and comes with a Royal Marble waterfall and underwater lights that change through 7 colours. Turn the lights on at dusk and sit by the pool, and the atmosphere is clearly different from daytime.

Sundeck chairs beside the pool recline for lying back, set out for those who do not want to swim but still want to be part of the scene.

Six bedrooms: how they are arranged

Bedroom 1 has one 6-ft bed and an en-suite bathroom, sleeping 2. Bedroom 2 has one 5-ft bed, but its bathroom is outside the room. Bedroom 5 is the Sunshine Bedroom, with two 5-ft mattresses, sleeping 4. Bedroom 6 is on the left and has two 3.5-ft beds. Bedroom 3 is on the right, and bedroom 4 is the Master Bedroom in the middle.

Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 3 children.

Party with speakers and microphones

Inside are a large party speaker with 2 microphones and a dedicated karaoke app. The house also has a pool table and High-Speed Wi-Fi. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, so this suits singing indoors above all.

A Modern Minimalist kitchen

The Modern Minimalist kitchen comes in both Indoor and Outdoor versions and is equipped with pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and a 7.5-litre ice bin. Parking is available for 2 cars inside and 4–8 cars outside.
