A house close to restaurants and fruit gardens
The house is opposite Na Jomtien-Huai Yai Beach, 5.6 km from the sea. Close by, Tropical Fruits Paradise is about 230 metres away and Black Forest is about 240 metres away, while Mini Big C is about 1.3 kilometres away and a PTT petrol station is about 1.5 kilometres away.
The house sleeps 8–12 guests, a comfortable size for extended families or groups of friends who do not want to feel crowded.
Private pool
The private swimming pool measures 3.5 × 8 metres and is 1.2 metres deep, with a slide. At 1.2 metres, adults can stand and play, but small children still need a parent watching over them.
Guests need not worry about electricity or water bills, as the house provides them free and unlimited.
Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 1 on the 1st floor has one 6-foot bed and one 3-foot mattress. Bedroom 2 on the 2nd floor has one 6-foot bed and one 3-foot mattress. Bedroom 3 on the 2nd floor has one 6-foot bed.

Pool table and karaoke
The house has a pool table and karaoke for the evening, with outdoor sound allowed until 22:00. Guests should plan their noisy activities for this time.
If you bring pets, they are not allowed on the sofa or the pool table.

The kitchen has a mortar and pestle, a chopping board, knives, plates, bowls, spoons, a basin for washing vegetables, drinking glasses, wine glasses, beer glasses, coffee cups, pots, pans, a refrigerator, an ice bucket, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, an electric stove and a barbecue grill.
