Eight bedrooms, no queuing for the bathroom

Bedrooms 1, 5, 7 and 8 each have one 6-foot bed, while Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 6 each have two 5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there's 1 more shared bathroom, for a total of 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.

There are 12 beds in total, sleeping 24 guests, so company groups or extended families with several households can clearly split into separate rooms. Extra mattresses, towels, soap and shampoo, and hair dryers are provided.

An L-shaped pool with graduated depths

The L-shaped pool is about 7 × 8 meters and 1.0–1.5 meters deep with graduated depths, plus an in-pool seating area 0.3 meters deep, so adults who don't want to swim can sit, dip their feet and chat.

You can walk to the sea, as the house is only 180 m away. The Seven-Eleven Jomtien Soi 13 branch is about 150 m away, DIB D Varee Inspiration Bar is about 80 m away, and an ATM is about 290 m away.

Karaoke, mahjong and a kitchen for a large group

The house has karaoke with wireless mics, wired mics and a sound system, 1 smart TV and a Chinese mahjong table. Outdoor sound is allowed until no later than 22.30.

The kitchen has a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a coffee maker, a gas stove and a grill, plus a 200-liter ice bucket and a washing machine. Extra ice is 60 baht per bag, and charcoal is 35 baht per bag or 3 bags for 100 baht.
