A saltwater pool and slide for families

The 4 × 6 meter private pool is a saltwater pool, 1.3 meters deep, with a 1.5-meter slide that kids can whoosh down into the water all day.

The house also has toys for young children, so parents don't need to pack the car full. The sea is about 7.5 km away; the house notes that Ban Amphur Beach is 9 kilometers away and Jomtien Beach 10 kilometers.

Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 each have two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has one 5-foot bed and one 3-foot bunk bed and uses the shared bathroom in the living room area.

Supplies include towels, 3 hair dryers, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags, and every room has a water heater.

A karaoke room and a barbecue-ready kitchen

There is 1 smart TV in the karaoke room. The karaoke runs on YouTube; loud noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00, and you can carry on indoors all night.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, a grill and wine glasses. The 100-liter ice bucket holds 2 sacks of ice.

Ice is 50 baht per 10 kg bag, and charcoal is 40 baht per bag or 3 bags for 100 baht, available to order until 10 p.m. (22:00). Wash and put away the dishes after eating, as there's a dishwashing fee of 500–1,000 baht.
