A house your pets can come to

This house accepts pets (dogs and cats) weighing up to 20 kg at 1,000 baht per pet per night, so owners who'd rather not leave their dog or cat elsewhere can bring them along.

The house is 7.1 km from the sea, so most of the day is spent at the 8 × 3.5 meter private swimming pool and over meals at home. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.

Three bedrooms and requesting extra mattresses

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and also has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed and uses the shared bathroom.

If you want to add guests with extra mattresses, you must notify the house 1 day in advance; requests made on the day of arrival cannot be prepared. The extra guest fee is 1,000 baht per person, and children up to 5 years old stay free, up to 2 children.

A kitchen with a blender, plus ordering ice and charcoal

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and a small 17-liter ice bucket.

Ice can be ordered at 60 baht per bag and charcoal at 40 baht per bag. The first order has no service charge, but each later order costs 100 baht, so it's best to gather your list and order everything at once.

Noise, parking and nearby shops

Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors all night, but there is currently no karaoke, which groups planning to sing should know in advance.

Parking is only inside the property, for 2 cars. If you have more than 2 cars, there is a parking lot about 5 minutes from the house.

Essentials are close by: 7-Eleven (Huay Yai, Thetsaban Soi 17 branch) about 780 meters away, Huay Yai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital about 790 meters away, and Mini Big C about 1.4 km away.
