The home is only 50 metres from Bang Saray Beach and has a saltwater swimming pool of 3 × 3 metres that is gentler on the skin and eyes than a typical chlorine pool.
Step out of the house and you can walk to see the sea; around it there are beachfront restaurants and Bang Saray market to choose from.

The first bedroom has a 5-foot and a 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a 5-foot and a 3-and-a-half-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom.
The second floor also has a hall set up with a 3-and-a-half-foot bunk bed as an extra, hosting groups of up to 12 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a rice cooker, microwave, toaster and an 80-litre ice bucket. Extra charcoal and ice can be ordered at the house.
