This house sleeps 8. For bigger groups, this house (DV-2483) is next to DV-2482, accommodating 16 guests in total. Two families can sleep in separate houses while still easily visiting each other.

Comforts for longer stays

What makes a long stay comfortable is the in-house washing machine and a coffee maker with capsules to start each day. The living room has a large sofa, a smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

The karaoke runs on YouTube with 2 microphones. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, move inside, close the doors and windows tightly, and keep singing.

King-size bed downstairs, queen-size beds upstairs

Downstairs there is just one bedroom, Bedroom 1, which sleeps 2 on a king-size 6 ft bed and shares a bathroom with the living room. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 takes 4 guests on two queen-size 5 ft beds and has a private bathroom, followed by Bedroom 3.

Towels, shower cream, shampoo and a hair dryer are provided. The house does not accept extra guests, so make sure your count is 8 per house before booking.

No washing up for you

A bonus of a multi-night stay here is not having to wash up after every meal, as a housekeeper does it for free. Guests just gather the dishes in the kitchen and sort rubbish into the spots the house provides.

The kitchen has a pan, pots, a mortar, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, an ice bucket, a dining area for 8 and a barbecue grill with charcoal. The house throws in 1 bag of charcoal.

Good to know before you stay

No extra guests · If there are more guests than booked, the house reserves the right to charge 1,000 THB per person.
The housekeeper washes the dishes free of charge. Please leave the dishes in the kitchen and put rubbish in the designated place.
Up to 2 children under 7 stay free (sharing with parents). There is 1 child's dining chair.
Check-in is from 14:00 onwards and check-out must be before 11:00. Late check-out is charged at 500 THB per hour; after 13:00 a full day's rate applies.
The 4,000 THB damage deposit is refunded in full on check-out day if there is no damage (refunded by 15:00).
The house has 1 fancy swim ring; a 1,000 THB fine applies if damaged. You can check it with staff before check-in.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. If cigarette butts or smoke odor are found, a 5,000 THB fine applies.
Guests must pay the actual cost of any damage to the house and property, both inside the house and on the grounds.
The house is not responsible for any loss of or damage to your belongings during your stay under any circumstances. Please look after your own belongings.
In case of fighting, or complaints to the police about inappropriate behavior, guests must check out immediately. Drugs and illegal items are not allowed in the house.
Do not take food or drinks into the pool. If food scraps or discolored water are found, a fine of 5,000–10,000 THB applies.
No loud noise outside after 22:00. After that, please close doors and windows tightly; noise inside the house is fine 24 hours a day.
Pets under 5 kg are welcome at 500 THB per pet per night · Dogs are not allowed to swim in the pool; violations incur a 10,000 THB fine to replace the water.
Dogs must relieve themselves outside the house only, and droppings must be bagged.
