Miguel Pool Villa 2 is on the side opposite Ban Amphur–Wat Yan Beach, 8 kilometers from the sea, so it is designed for staying in and playing at the villa, with a slide, karaoke, a pool table and a kitchen ready for shabu, for 14–18 guests.

A villa for staying in, not for walking to the beach
To be upfront, the villa is 8 kilometers from the sea, so it suits groups who plan to spend their time at the villa and pool rather than strolling along the beach.
Around the villa are Anek Kusala Pavilion, about 865 meters away, Wat Yannasangwararam Hospital, about 1 kilometer away, various yam (Thai spicy salad) shops, about 1.1 kilometers away, and the 7-Eleven mid-Soi Wat Yan branch, about 1.6 kilometers away.
A 3 × 6 meter pool and a slide
The pool is 3 meters wide and 6 meters long, 1 meter 30 centimeters deep, with a slide to play on. It is a medium-sized pool that works well when guests take turns.
Fancy inflatable rings are not provided. The villa sells them at 700 baht each, and you can take them home after buying.
Four bedrooms and a shared bathroom
Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed, while bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each have two 5-foot beds. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 have an en-suite bathroom, but bedroom 3 has no bathroom.
The villa has 1 shared bathroom in the middle of the house and 1 more bathroom outside the house. Guests staying in bedroom 3 should know this before assigning rooms.
A shabu-ready kitchen and fun corners indoors
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a 160-liter ice bucket and a shabu pot, making it ideal for cooking as a group.
Inside are karaoke and a pool table. Sound is allowed until 22:00, and after that please keep things quiet and relaxed.
Pets, parking and house rules
Small pets are 300 baht per pet per night (limit 3) and large pets are 500 baht per pet per night (limit 1). Owners must take care of cleanliness, and pets are strictly not allowed in the pool.
Parking fits 2 cars inside the villa and 2 cars outside. The villa does not accept walk-in guests under any circumstances; booking and advance payment are required. Up to 4 children under 10 stay free (sleeping with their parents).
