This house accepts both cats and dogs: cats are 1,000 baht each/night and dogs are 500 baht each/night, so owners who'd rather not leave their pets elsewhere can bring them along.

The house has a mineral water pool for cooling off in the afternoon, and up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

En-suite bathrooms all round, no queuing

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with one 5-foot bed, suitable for elderly guests who'd rather not climb stairs. Bedroom 2 and the master bedroom are on the second floor with one 5-foot bed each, and the master room has a bathtub.

The family room on the second floor has four 5-foot beds, so friends who want to share a room can do so, and with 6 bathrooms in total, mornings when everyone wakes up at once go smoothly.

A kitchen you can really cook in

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket, so you can pound som tam, steam food or blend drinks right at home.

The free breakfast is a hearty pork rice porridge; if you don't eat pork, it can be switched to chicken rice porridge, portioned to the number of guests. There are also 12 free coffee capsules per day with a Nithan Cafe brand machine.

Partying until half past ten

The house allows loud noise outside until 22.30, so groups who want to chat by the pool after dinner have plenty of time before moving inside to carry on.

Daily freebies include 3 free bags of ice, 1 free pack of drinking water and unlimited free top-ups of grilling charcoal, so you can barbecue every evening without having to go out shopping.
