Utopia villa is designed for large groups to live together in an orderly manner, with a 10 meter long pool, children's pool, 500 liter ice bucket and five bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Suitable for family reunions or company trips where the house rules are accepted.

The pool is ten meters long and the children's pool is 60 cm deep.
The house is opposite Na Jomtien Beach - Huai Yai, 7.2 km from the sea. The highlight is the pool size 4.5 × 10 meters, depth 1.30 meters, wide enough for many people to play at the same time.
The children's pool is 60 cm deep, allowing parents to sit and watch their small children close to them. Children do not have to mix with adults in the main pool.

Shops near home but have to drive
