An 11-meter-long pool for big groups

The pool measures 5 × 11 meters and is 1.3 meters deep, with a 4-meter slide. There's 1 kids' life jacket and 3 adult life jackets.

The house is about 6.6 km from the sea. The house lists Hat So at about 4 kilometers, Toei Ngam Beach at about 8 kilometers, and Sai Kaew Beach and Samae San at about 12 kilometers. Use the house pool while you're at home, then drive out to the beaches the next day.

Come as a group; buses can park

There's parking for 4 cars inside the property, 2 more outside, and room for a bus, which suits groups who charter a vehicle together.

Four bedrooms, two shared bathrooms

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have one 6-foot bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two 5-foot beds. Every room has air conditioning, hot water and a smart TV, and the living room has 1 more smart TV.

The house has 2 shared bathrooms in total, so a full group should allow extra time for showers in the morning. Children aged 3 and under stay free, up to 3.

The kitchen has a charcoal stove, a gas stove, plates and bowls, drinking glasses, spoons and forks, pots, pans, a refrigerator, a microwave, a mortar and pestle, knives, a cutting board and a 100-liter ice bucket. The equipment is on loan for your use, and please bring your own seasonings.

Ice can be ordered at 60 baht a bag and charcoal at 30 baht a bag (orders until 17:00 at the latest). Loud outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00. The karaoke runs on a ready-made program.
