A pool divided for kids and adults

The main pool is 4 × 7 meters and 140 cm deep. Next to it is a 60 cm deep kids' pool and an 11.6 meter slide, so kids can slide into the water all afternoon while the adults keep watch from the poolside.

The house provides 3 children's life jackets and kids' toys. Up to 2 children aged 7 and under stay free, sleeping with their parents.

Five bedrooms, all en-suite

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. Rooms 2 to 4 all have two 5-foot beds, and room 5 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. There is 1 bedroom with a pool view.

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there's also 1 separate bathroom by the living room, so guests hanging out downstairs don't need to go into anyone's bedroom.

A living room and kitchen for a big group

The living room has 1 Smart TV and a YouTube karaoke system. Noise inside the house is allowed all night, while outdoors it's allowed until 22:00.

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a grill and a gas stove, plus an 80 liter ice bucket, but you need to bring your own seasonings.

Rules to know before booking

There's parking for 1–2 cars inside the property and 2–3 outside, and buses can park here, ideal for groups chartering a vehicle together.

This house states clearly that once booked, reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled under any circumstances, and cancellations forfeit the deposit in all cases. On departure day, late check-out is fined 2,000 baht per hour in all cases.

There's no extra charge for multi-night stays, except when you don't wash the dishes, and please dispose of your garbage properly. The dishwashing fee is 1,000 baht and the cleaning fee is 1,000 baht.

Portable EV battery chargers are not allowed; if one is found, the damage deposit will be forfeited in all cases. As for pets, only small breeds of dogs or cats (weighing no more than 15 kg) are accepted, at 500 baht each per night.
