This villa sits opposite Ban Amphur-Wat Yan Beach. It is not a walk-to-the-sea villa, but it has 2 private pools and welcomes pets of every kind, ideal for groups who want to spend the whole day at the house.

Two pools, plus a pool for pets
The villa is about 3.6 kilometres from the sea, so it suits trips focused on relaxing at the house rather than strolling along the beach. There are 2 private swimming pools; one is 8 metres long, L-shaped with uneven width, and 1.1 metres deep.
A separate private pool for pets is also provided. The villa asks that everyone wear swimwear in the pool, or sports clothing if you do not have any.
Comfortable seating indoors and out
The spacious living area has dining seats indoors, outdoors and by the swimming pool. Choose dinner outdoors or breakfast indoors, whichever suits your mood.
The villa has a barbecue grill and an electric stove, with 1 bag of charcoal and 3 large bottles of drinking water complimentary. Ice is not provided, so please bring your own.
Varied bedrooms, downstairs and upstairs
Downstairs, bedroom 1 has a 5-ft bed with a bathroom; bedroom 2 has a 5-ft bed with a bathroom and in-room bathtub; and bedroom 3 has a 5-ft bed plus a 3.5-ft extra bed, with a bathroom. Upstairs, bedroom 4 has two 5-ft beds.
Please note that the upstairs bedroom has no bathroom in the room; guests use the shared bathroom with bathtub downstairs. Mattresses and towels are 5-star hotel grade.
Entertainment and kitchen
A Smart TV with a sound system and wireless microphones for YouTube karaoke, and the villa also has a pool table. Free Wi-Fi and new air-conditioning in every room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, from a dining table, plates and bowls, pans, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker and a kettle to a barbecue grill and an ice bucket.
