A big pool and a kids' pool at the same house

The swimming pool is 3.2 meters wide, 9 meters long and 130 centimeters deep, with a separate kids' pool 80 centimeters deep for the little ones. Children under 9 years old stay free, up to 2 children (sharing a bed with adults).

One thing to prepare: the house has no children's life jackets, so please bring your own, especially families whose kids can't swim yet.

Bedrooms with extra sofa beds

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed with an extra sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed with an extra sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a 5-foot bed and uses the shared bathroom outside, right next to the bedroom.

Every room has a water heater; there is 1 Smart TV in the living room and a TV in every room (not a smart TV). Toiletries provided are towels, body wash and shampoo.

Longer stays come with cleaning

Cleaning service depends on the number of nights: 2-night bookings have no cleaning service, 3-night bookings get 1 free cleaning, and for 4 nights or more, cleaning is provided every 2 times as stated by the house. Additional cleaning costs 400 baht per time.

With the YouTube karaoke system, noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors until 2 a.m. (02:00).

Kitchen, grill and pets

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, shot glasses, wine glasses, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, and a grill with grilling tools, plus dish soap and a Scotch-Brite sponge. The dishwashing fee is 300 baht per time.

Ice is 70 baht per 10 kg bag (80 baht per bag if ordered after 18:00), and charcoal is 40 baht per bag.

The house accepts small pets at 300 baht per night, but not cats. Near the house, Better Pet animal clinic is about 430 meters away and 7-Eleven about 560 meters away.

Parking

There's parking for 3 cars in front of the house and 1 inside the property. Buses can't park in front of the house; they can drop guests off at the entrance of the development and then find parking elsewhere.
