MY STACY BEACH Pool Villa is located at Jomtien Beach, 140 meters from the sea. Sochi Restaurant is only 40 meters away, FamilyMart is about 130 meters and Tops Daily is about 140 meters, so you can walk to buy things without needing a car.
Accommodates 14–20 guests in a four-bedroom, five-bathroom home.
One-story house for all ages
Information indicates that it is a single-story house. There is no bedroom next to the pool. Elderly people and small children can walk around the house without having to climb stairs. And you can still see the pool from the common area.
The adult pool is 3.5 meters wide, 5 meters long, and 1.3 meters deep. The children's pool is 3.5 meters wide, 2 meters long, and 1 meter deep. The total of the two pools is 3.5 × 7 meters.
Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a 5-foot bed and a 6-foot bed. Bedroom 2 has a 6-foot bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bunk bed. All rooms have their own bathrooms.
Bunk beds allow children to sleep together and adults can rest in privacy.
Hall for gathering
There is 1 TV in the hall. There is no TV in the bedroom. Therefore, it is a way to watch or sing karaoke connected to the YouTube system together as a group.
Outside sound can be used until 10:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m.)
Kitchen, parking and maid service.
The kitchen has an electric stove. Microwave oven, kettle and BBQ grill, complete kitchen equipment. Except for the grilled pork stove and shabu pot.
There is parking for 4 cars inside the house and another 2 cars in front of the house, but the bus can't enter. If staying for 2 nights or more, there is daily housekeeping.
