Claire is located opposite Ban Amphur Beach - Wat Yan, approximately 5.3 kilometers from the sea. The land area is 109.99 square meters, so it is a house that focuses on staying in the house rather than walking down to the beach.

Salt water pool, children's pool, and slide
The salt-water swimming pool measures 3.6 × 7 meters and is 150 centimeters deep. The children's pool measures 3.6 × 3 meters and 60 centimeters deep and the slide is 4.5 meters long.
