White villa Jomtien: Walk to the sea, with a PS5 and all 5 bedrooms en-suite

So close to the sea, no long travel plans needed

The house is in the Na Jomtien Beach area, about 250 metres from the sea, so it suits those who want to spend half the day strolling along the beach and the other half soaking in the private pool, without driving far.

Walking out of the house, the Nai Glae 3 restaurant is about 200 metres away, and a FamilyMart and a Tops Daily are about 280 metres away, so food and supplies are within walking distance of the front door.

4 × 10 metre pool, 140 cm deep

The swimming pool is 4 metres wide, 10 metres long and 140 cm deep. It is long enough to swim laps and wide enough for friends to float and chat in a group. Parents with small children should stay close by, as at this depth small children cannot touch the bottom.

After a swim, you can rest by the pool or head indoors to keep playing games.

Five bedrooms, all en-suite

Bedrooms 1 to 3 each have one 6-foot bed. Bedroom 4 has two 6-foot beds, and bedroom 5 has two 5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, so there is no queuing in the morning before heading out.

Please note that the house has no extra beds, so plan the room arrangements before you travel.

PS5 games and a relaxing corner indoors

The house has a PS5 game console for friends or family to take turns playing while waiting for dinner, or when the sun is too strong for the pool.

Outdoor sound may be used until no later than 22:00, so please move the conversation indoors after that.

Kitchen and barbecue corner

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster and a barbecue grill, along with a 40-litre ice bucket. The house provides 2 large bags of ice and 3 bags of charcoal as a bonus, enough to start your first barbecue right away.
