Emquartier is a three-story, eight-bedroom house on the Huai Yai side that sleeps 28–40 guests. What sets it apart from typical houses is its two kitchens, one Thai and one European, 2 large refrigerators, a sofa that seats 30, and an outdoor activity area for parties. Outdoor noise is allowed until midnight, and pets are welcome.

Two kitchens for a group of forty

The house splits its kitchen into 2 rooms, a Thai kitchen and a European kitchen, so several cooks don't have to fight for space. Equipment includes pans, pots, a rice cooker, a steamer pot, a tiered steamer, a mortar, basins, knives, cutting boards, ladles, spatulas, tongs, plates, bowls and dipping-sauce cups, along with a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and 2 large refrigerators.

One thing to know is that the house does not allow moo kratha (Thai barbecue hotpot). Ice can be ordered for 60 baht, charcoal for 50 baht, and 12 bottles of drinking water for 80 baht. During your stay, ice can be ordered with the first round at 14:00 and the last round around 18:00; after that, no orders are possible.

A party area and a thirty-seat sofa

Outside is an activity area for parties that holds 30–40 people. If you'd like tables and buffet trays, the house offers a party setup service for an extra 2,000 baht. Food is not included and must be ordered from restaurants yourself.

Inside is a large sofa that seats 30, facing a 65-inch shared TV. Outdoor noise is allowed until midnight, so groups hosting parties get more time than usual to celebrate outside.

Saltwater pool, kids' pool and slide

The saltwater pool is 4 × 7 meters and 120 cm deep, with a 4.5-meter slide and a separate kids' pool 60–70 cm deep. Children under 7 stay free, up to 3 children.

The house is 5.5 km from the sea. The house gives these travel times: Ban Amphoe Beach 5 minutes; Preecha Seafood Ban Amphoe and Ocean Marina 7 minutes; the Columbia water park and the 4 Regions Floating Market 8 minutes; and Jomtien Beach, Nong Nooch Garden and Khao Chi Chan 10 minutes. Nearby are Tropical Fruits Paradise, about 203 meters away, and Black Forest restaurant, about 214 meters away.

Eight bedrooms on three floors

The 1st floor has a room with two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd floor has three rooms: the right-hand room has two 5-foot beds, the left-hand room has two 6-foot beds, and the middle room has one 6-foot bed. All three rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

On the 3rd floor, room 6 (left) and room 7 (middle) each have two 6-foot beds and share a bathroom, while room 8 (small middle room) has one 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are TVs in 4 of the private bedrooms, every room has a water heater, and all rooms are air-conditioned (10 wall-mounted air conditioners).
