A 12-metre pool and a 13-metre slide

The 12-metre pool is 160 cm deep, long enough for many people to play at once, and has a 13-metre slide for older kids and adults to glide into the pool. At 160 cm the pool is deep, so parents should watch small children at all times.

The house is opposite North Pattaya Beach, 6.1 kilometres from the sea, a house for having fun at the villa more than going to the beach.

Seven bedrooms that need careful arrangement

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has three 5-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 7 on the 2nd floor has four 5-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 each have one 5-foot bed.

Good to know before arranging rooms: bedroom 2 connects through to bedroom 1 and shares its bathroom, while bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 have no en-suite bathroom.

Living area and the central bathrooms

Inside there is a pool table and karaoke, great for group activities. Sound may be used until 23:00.

Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 share 1 bathroom in the middle of the house, or 1 bathroom at the house entrance, so guests who do not mind sharing a bathroom should be placed in this group.

A kitchen for group meals

The kitchen has plates, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, dipping-sauce cups, a spatula, a ladle, tongs for charcoal and ice, pots, pans, a vegetable washer, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, a papaya salad mortar, a blender, a steamer pot, a chopping board, knives and a microwave, and an ice bucket is provided.

Ice is 60 baht per bag (10 kilograms), and charcoal is 35 baht per bag.

Parking and shops around the house

Parking fits 8 cars inside the property and another 2 cars in front of the house. The Muek Hom Koei Tuen Pattaya restaurant is about 740 metres away, a 7-Eleven is about 950 metres away, and the Ban Nong Ket Yai Health Station is about 1.4 kilometres away.
