Ppm GranD: a pool, a 13-metre slide and a snooker table, for big trips of up to 25 guests
When a group of twenty-odd people stays together for several days, what helps is space where people can do different things. Ppm GranD has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a big pool, a kids' pool and a karaoke room, for both those who want to splash around and those who want to sit quietly.

Five bedrooms, eight bathrooms
This villa has 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in total. Every bedroom is en suite, and the 3 additional bathrooms are 2 beside the pool and 1 in the karaoke room, so swimmers do not need to walk far.
Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and bedroom 2 has a 6-foot bunk bed, while the other rooms mix 5-foot beds with bunk beds, so couples, families and children can be grouped in many ways.
Big pool, kids' pool and a 13-metre slide
The adult pool measures 4.5 × 10 metres, with a sloping depth of 90–140 cm, so you can choose shallow or deep to suit your age. The kids' pool measures 3 × 2 metres and is 60 cm deep, set apart just for small children.
The 13-metre slide turns the pool area into a little water park of your own. The villa provides 4 children's life jackets and 2 adult ones.
Karaoke room and snooker table
The karaoke room uses a YouTube system and is the only place with a smart TV, while the 4 × 8 foot snooker table suits anyone who wants a friendly contest while waiting for the next meal.
On noise, the villa allows outdoor sound until 22:00 and indoor sound throughout the night, keeping the volume down so it does not carry outside.
A kitchen for big meals
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket and a barbecue grill, plus two 200-litre ice buckets to chill drinks for a large group.
Seasonings must be brought with you, and the villa does not provide free drinking water, but it can be bought at the shop in the estate.
The neighbourhood and parking
Less than a kilometre from the villa there is a 7-Eleven about 700 metres away, the restaurant Krua Mai Ngam, the pharmacy Anya, and a Mini Big C at Sattahip Plaza about 900 metres away, while Soi Mahat Khu is about 600 metres away.
The villa has parking for 5 cars inside and another 4–5 cars outside. Buses cannot enter, except that minibuses can park inside (please ask to confirm again).
Good to know before you come
The bedrooms have no TV, only the karaoke room does, so be prepared if you are the type who loves watching a series before bed.
If you stay 2 nights or more, you can ask the housekeeper to change towels and do a basic clean for free, and for stays of 3 nights or more, the bed linen is changed free on the 2nd night.

Good to know before you stay
