Ceryn pool villa2: Company trips for 12, with bus parking on the estate

A six-bedroom house on an estate in the Khao Phra Tamnak–Thep Prasit area that sleeps 12 guests. It suits work teams or groups traveling by bus, as the estate has a bus parking area. Before entering the house you must stop to check in at the estate office, and there are rules about extra guests worth knowing before you travel.

Traveling as a group, with parking for cars big and small

There is parking for 2 cars inside the gate and another 4–6 cars outside. If you come by bus, there is parking in the estate's parking area, so you don't need to look for a spot on the roadside.

On arrival day, first check in at the office at No. 26 (Baan Mee), then you can enter the house from 15:00. Let your driver know in advance so they don't have to drive around looking for it.

Six bedrooms for a team of 12

The two rooms with twin 3.5-foot beds are on floor 1, and the other four rooms with 6-foot beds are on floor 3. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, and people who aren't that close can take separate beds in the ground-floor rooms.

Floors 1 and 2 each have one shared bathroom, for toilet use only with no shower, and the house has closed off one bathroom as a storeroom.

Handy extras for multi-day trips

The kitchen on floor 2 has a washing machine along with an electric stove, a microwave, pots, pans, plates and bowls, so you can do your own laundry on longer stays. Bring your own seasonings.

The house has no ice bucket. Ice can be ordered at 60 baht per bag (10 kilograms) and charcoal at 50 baht per bag.

Unwinding after the day's activities

The pool is 3.5 × 8 meters and 1.45 meters deep, with a 2.5-meter slide. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while noise in the YouTube karaoke room is allowed all night.

The house is about 4.2 km from the sea, and Chok Anan rice porridge restaurant is about 107 meters away.
