Opposite Krathing Lai Beach
Labaris poolvilla sits opposite Krathing Lai Beach, 10.6 kilometres from the sea, so it is not a walk-to-the-beach villa. The villa information says Krathing Lai Beach is 5 minutes away, Pattaya Beach 10 minutes and Jomtien Beach 20 minutes.
Nearby, Ya Apha (drinks shop) is about 310 m away, while 7-11 and CJ are within 1 km. Wat Nong Ket Noi fresh market is 2 km away and Mueang Nam Khaeng Cafe is 5 minutes away.
A big pool for the whole group
The 10 × 10 m swimming pool slopes from 140 to 170 cm deep, suited to adults and older children who are confident in the water. Younger children have a separate 60 cm kids' pool.
The 21 m slide runs with water from 08:00–10:00 and 14:00–23:00, so you can plan your slide time in advance. The villa has 2 life jackets.
Five bedrooms, and what to know about the fifth
Bedroom 1 has one 5-ft bed, while bedrooms 2–4 each have two 5-ft beds. All four have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 5 has one 3.5-ft bed and no bathroom.
4 water heaters and a hair dryer in every bathroom suit a large group getting ready at the same time. The villa provides towels and an iron, but no tissues.
Entertainment at the villa
The 5 × 10 m snooker table is the main attraction for adults, while children have the ball pit and YouTube karaoke lets every age sing together.
Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00. After that, noise indoors only.
Kitchen, barbecue grill and dishwashing service
The kitchen has pots, a steamer, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, a spatula, a ladle, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a rice cooker, a kettle, a gas stove, an electric stove, ice tongs, wine glasses, basins, coffee cups, drinking glasses and an ice bucket. A barbecue grill is also available.
For a big group, dishwashing and rubbish collection need planning. Requests made by 10:00 are charged at a different rate from those made after that time.
