The pool measures 3 × 6 metres and 1.50 metres deep, complete with beanbags and sun loungers by the pool, ideal for lounging back on an easy day.
The Jomtien location makes it easy to walk out for food, with both convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.
VR games and indoor entertainment
The villa's highlights are the VR Station games and a 65-inch big-screen TV, plus karaoke, so evenings at the villa are never boring.
There is a standard soaking tub with both hot and cold water for a relaxing soak after a full day of swimming.
Three bedrooms, with a bathtub in the master bedroom
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub, bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds and uses an outside bathroom, and bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom.
The villa provides 2 hair dryers, towels, soap and shampoo free of charge.
Kitchen and preparation
The kitchen has basic equipment including pots, pans, dishware and a wine-chilling ice bucket, ideal for preparing simple meals and chilled drinks.

Good to know before you stay
- No loud noise after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the villa is prohibited; violators are fined 2,000 baht.
- You must wear swimwear or non-colour-bleeding clothing to enter the pool; violators are fined 600 baht per person.
- If there are more guests than booked, the villa reserves the right to charge 1,000 baht per person.
- If kitchen equipment is not washed, the villa charges 1,000 baht on check-out day.
- Check-in before 14:00 is charged at 500 baht per hour (if there are no guests continuing the next day).
- Check-out after 11:00 is not permitted; if exceeded, it is charged at 500 baht per hour.
- Once payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Once payment is made, the stay dates or booking details cannot be changed.
- For postponing or changing, there is a service fee of 500–1,000 baht.
- In the event of power outages, no running water or poor Wi-Fi signal caused by natural disasters or external systems of government agencies, the villa cannot resolve these.
- The villa cannot be held responsible for this, as it arises from external factors beyond the villa's control.
- The first 100 units of electricity are free; any excess is charged at 7 baht per unit.
- The villa does not allow pets.
- Up to 2 children under 7 years old stay free.
