A small villa close to a petrol station and 7-Eleven
GoodLuck Poolvilla is in the North Pattaya Beach area, 8.3 kilometres from the sea, so it is not a villa you walk to the beach from, but the essentials are very close. The PTT petrol station is about 109 metres away, 7-Eleven about 123 metres, and the sub-district health promoting hospital about 140 metres.
The villa sleeps 8–12 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
A sloping pool
The swimming pool is 3 × 7 metres, 1.20 metres deep, sloping down to 1.50 metres. Parents should supervise young children closely.
The villa provides 4 child life jackets.
Bedrooms with smart TVs
Bedroom 1 has two 6-ft beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one 6-ft bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 6-ft bed and no en-suite bathroom.
All 3 rooms have a smart TV, and a hair dryer, bath towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags are provided.
Fitness corner, karaoke and pool table
Inside are a punching bag and gloves, 1 electric exercise bike, a pool table and karaoke through the YouTube app.
Sound: outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00 (22:00).
Kitchen, freebies and pets
The kitchen has pots, pans, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket and a barbecue grill, but no seasonings, so please bring your own. The villa provides 2 bags of charcoal, 1 bag of ice and 1 pack of drinking water.
Pets are welcome at 500 baht per pet per night, but cats are not accepted.
