If fighting over the bathroom is the nightmare of a big group trip, this house solves it from the start: all 4 bedrooms are en suite. There is also a kids' pool, a slide and a YouTube karaoke room, for 12–15 guests who want fun without the fuss.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom
Bedroom 1 has one 6-ft bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two 6-ft beds, and bedroom 4 has one 5-ft bed. All four rooms are en suite.
The result: no queuing in the morning, and every room has a water heater, plus a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags.
Main pool, kids' pool and slide
The house is across from Na Jomtien–Huay Yai Beach, 7.2 km from the sea. The main pool measures 4 × 7 m and is 1.2 m deep. The kids' pool measures 3.5 × 2 m and is 60 cm deep, set apart so little ones can play more safely.
The 6-metre slide can be used within its weight limit of 100 kg. There are 3 children's life jackets, but the house currently has no swim rings.
Karaoke room and smart TV
The YouTube karaoke room has a smart TV, so you can sing your favourite songs without hunting for discs or special playlists, and there is a pool table for anyone who is not a microphone person.
The noise rules are clear: outdoors, sound is allowed until 22:00, and indoors it is allowed at any time as long as you keep the volume down.
A ready-equipped kitchen, but bring your own seasonings
The kitchen has a gas stove, pots, pans, a steamer, a grinder, a microwave, a barbecue grill, a rice cooker and a 40-litre ice bucket, everything you need for a big meal.
Please bring your own seasonings. Charcoal and ice can be ordered additionally, with service available until 20:00.
Nearby, within a short walk or drive
La la lake restaurant is about 292 m away, and Tropical Fruits Paradise is 1,078 m away.
Tesco Lotus Express (Huay Yai) is 1,602 m away and a PTT petrol station is 1,809 m away, so you can pick up extra supplies during your trip without going into town.
