British hill resort: six bedrooms, an in-house cafe and 1 rai of grounds for 20–30 guests

1 rai of open space

The property covers 1 rai and is about 8.5 kilometres from the sea, so it is not a walk-to-the-beach villa. The pool measures 3 × 10 × 1.2 metres, with a hotel-grade water heater system.

Dong Tan Beach, swimmable, is 8.5 km away, but foreign nationals are not accepted. Nang Ram Beach, swimmable, is 19.1 km away.

Six bedrooms, bathrooms with bathtubs

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Most bedrooms have a 6-ft bed and a 5-ft bunk bed. Bedrooms 1 and 6 have a sitting room with a fold-out sofa bed.

There are smart TVs in 7 rooms in total, plus 2 child life jackets and 2 adult life jackets.

The cafe room and facilities

The cafe room is perfect for breakfast, with drinks and snacks to order at the prices posted at the counter. It is open 09:00–17:00. For those who want to use it all day, the whole Cafe room can be reserved for 2,000 baht per day.

There is a badminton area, karaoke and a pool table. Sound is allowed all night in every zone except the cafe.

Kitchen and parking

The kitchen has a barbecue grill, a moo kratha grill and a shabu pot. Please bring your own seasonings. Parking fits up to 15 cars, and buses can park too.
