Coco Casa is a three-bedroom house for 10–12 people. Features include a 10 meter long spiral slide, karaoke, a pool table and the fact that the house provides free unlimited electricity and water. Guests can therefore use the air conditioner and hot water fully. Just have to respect the rules of the house completely.

Fruit, restaurants, and houses that spend time on the fence
Coco Casa is located opposite Na Jomtien Beach - Huai Yai, approximately 5.6 kilometers from the sea, so it is not a house walking into the sea. But in a nearby radius, there is Tropical Fruits Paradise, approximately 195 meters away, and Black Forest, approximately 205 meters away.
Chaisi Shop (in front of 7-Eleven) Thung Kha is about 1.3 kilometers, Mini Big C is about 1.4 kilometers, and PTT gas station is about 1.5 kilometers.
Pool 4 × 7 meters with spiral slide
The pool measures 4 × 7 meters and has a 10 meter long spiral slide that spirals down into the pool. It's a toy that older children and adults like. What you should know is that you must wear swimsuits or clothes that will not fade when entering the pool.
Currently, there are no Fantasy Inflatable Rings available. (Not yet purchased.) If you want an inflatable raft, you should bring your own.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with 1 5-foot bed. Bedroom 2, upper left floor, Pool Access, and bedroom 3, upper right floor, garden view, each have 2 5-foot beds and an extra mattress on the floor. Ensuite bathroom for 5 people.
In addition, there is 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. Extra guests charge 500 baht per person per night. There is a complete set of mattresses.
Karaoke room, kitchen and grilled pork meals
The house has a YouTube karaoke system and a pool table. The kitchen has pots, pans, a blender, a microwave, a grill, a stovetop, and a shabu pot with wine glasses. The house gets 1 bag of charcoal and 10 kilograms of ice.
Amenities provided include hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, and garbage bags. For stays of more than 2 nights, the house will change the bedsheets once.
Rules that you should read before booking
You can use the sound outside the home no later than 10:00 p.m. if you want to continue using the sound. Please come inside the house and close the doors and windows completely. You can always use your voice. It is strictly forbidden to use audio equipment or speakers outside the house near the pool.
Two children under 7 years old stay free. Parking for 1–2 cars in the house and 1–2 cars in front of the house. The house only accepts 2 small breed dogs weighing no more than 10 kilograms.
