A large North Pattaya villa for two or more families
White Coco Villa Pattaya is on the side opposite North Pattaya Beach, about 4 kilometres from the sea, and sleeps 16–20 guests. It suits time spent at the villa more than heading to the beach every day.
Within walking distance, there is Tid Mun, a hot-pan grill buffet (Pattaya branch), about 300 metres away, and a 7-Eleven about 340 metres away.
Pool and photo spots
The swimming pool measures about 3.5 × 8 metres and is 1.30 metres deep, with 2 children's life jackets.
There is a floating tray with mock props for photos, perfect for anyone who wants lovely pool pictures to keep.
Five bedrooms, every one en suite
Bedrooms 1 to 4 are on the ground floor with 6-foot beds; room 2 has 2 beds. Rooms 1, 2 and 4 have a bathtub in the bathroom. Room 5 is the upstairs master bedroom, with two 5-foot beds and two 3.5-foot beds, plus a large bathtub.
Every room has an en-suite bathroom, so there is no queuing for the bathroom in the morning. Bedrooms 1–4 have a Smart TV, and every bedroom has a hair dryer.
Living room, karaoke and pool table
The living room has a Smart TV with YouTube karaoke, and a pool table to play on.
On noise: no loud noise after 22:00. Guests who love late-night parties should plan activities to wrap up before then.
Kitchen and extra services
The kitchen has pans, pots, plates, bowls, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator, a mortar and pestle, chopping boards, knives, wine glasses and a toaster. The villa also includes 2 packs of 600 ml drinking water (24 bottles), 1 sack of ice and 1 bag of charcoal.
If you would rather not do it yourself, a staff member can handle the grilling, food preparation and washing up from 14:00 to 18:00, and a seafood set for grilling for 3–4 guests can be ordered as an extra.
