A house that truly hosts large groups

Mushroom poolvilla sits opposite Ban Amphur Beach-Wat Yan, 7.9 km from the sea, so it is a house for staying in rather than walking to the beach. It sleeps 23–30 guests, with parking for dozens of cars on the property and room for several buses.

Anek Kusala Sala pavilion is about 650 m away, Wat Yansangwararam Hospital about 850 m, Kafae Boran coffee shop about 1.1 km, and the 7-Eleven Khao Chi Chan branch about 1.7 km.

A 13 m pool with a kids' pool and slide

The private swimming pool measures 3.6 × 13 m and is 1.4 m deep, with a kids' pool included, so there is room to swim as well as a safe area for little ones.

The 13 m slide is an activity that adults and children can enjoy together, while the Kids Zone room and the indoor kids' area give the children a place to escape the sun.

Six bedrooms, beds in various sizes

Ground floor: bedroom 1 has 3 five-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 1 five-foot bed and 1 3.5-foot bed, with 1 bathroom in the hallway.

First floor: bedroom 3 has 1 five-foot bed and 1 3.5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has 3.5-foot bunk beds, and the lower bunk has a pull-out bed that sleeps 1 more. Bedroom 5 has 4 3.5-foot beds and 1 3.5-foot bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 6 has 1 six-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom.

Karaoke, Netflix, bicycles and guitar

Karaoke connects through YouTube. There are TVs in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, and the house has Netflix, exercise bikes and a guitar for the party.

Sound is allowed until 22:00, while inside the house it is allowed throughout the night.

Two kitchens and a moo kratha grill

The house has kitchens both inside and outside. Equipment includes a gas stove, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a moo kratha (Thai barbecue-hotpot) grill and wine glasses.

A barbecue grill with an extractor hood and a 200-litre ice bucket are provided. Please bring your own seasonings.
