Happy D is a comfortably sized pool villa for 10–11 guests, designed so that every activity happens at home: the slide, the karaoke and the pool table. The house is fairly well soundproofed, so guests can enjoy sound indoors with peace of mind, within reasonable limits.

Not by the sea, but fully stocked with fun
Happy D is across from Na Jomtien–Huay Yai Beach, 9.3 km from the sea, so it suits people who plan to spend their time at the house rather than at the beach. On days when you do not want to drive anywhere, the pool, the slide and the lounge areas will keep the day full.
Nearby, Yam Ruam restaurant is about 340 m away and the 7-Eleven Huay Yai – Thepbut branch is about 770 m away, close enough to pick up essentials without going far.
3 × 5 m pool with a 3.4-metre slide
The 3 × 5 m pool is not huge, but it suits groups of ten or so. The 3.4-metre slide is sure to bring out the children's laughter, and there are 2 children's life jackets provided.
Up to 2 children under 6 stay free, which suits families with little ones. Life jackets are limited, so plan ahead for how children will be supervised in the pool.
Three bedrooms, and what to know about bathrooms
All three rooms have a 5-ft bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have an extra 3-ft mattress, and the sofa bed sleeps 2 guests, which helps groups that exceed the main beds.
To be upfront: bedroom 1 has its bathroom outside the room, while bedrooms 2 and 3 are en suite. Guests who care about bathrooms may want to take the latter rooms first.
Karaoke, and what to know about noise
The house has YouTube karaoke, a smart TV in every bedroom and a water heater in every room, so singers can keep the fun going after swimming.
Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00. Indoors there is no fixed limit, but please keep it reasonable, since the house is fairly well soundproofed.
Kitchen, barbecue and extras
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, wine glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, an ice bucket, a barbecue grill, a moo kratha grill and a shabu pot, ready for a big meal. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own.
Guests receive 2 free bags of charcoal and 6 free small bottles of drinking water. If you need more, please buy it yourself.
