PN NISEKO is not an ordinary pool villa, because it has an onsen room for soaking and a skin-friendly salt-system pool. The villa sits in the heart of the area between the beaches and the attractions on the Sattahip side, ideal for groups of 15–16 guests who want to spend time at the villa and also head out exploring.

Onsen and a salt-system pool

What sets this villa apart is its 1 onsen room, which fits 3–4 guests for a soak, perfect for anyone who wants to unwind after a day of driving or sightseeing.

The salt-system swimming pool measures 3.5 × 7 metres and is 1.30 metres deep, and there is a separate kids' pool 55 centimetres deep for safe play.

Four bedrooms, two with poolside views

The villa has 4 bedrooms. The 2 poolside-view rooms each sleep 4 guests, with two 5-foot mattresses and an en-suite bathroom. There is also 1 room inside the villa for 4 guests, likewise with an en-suite bathroom.

Another room inside the villa, for 3 guests, has one 5-foot mattress and one 3.5-foot mattress, and uses a separate bathroom. In total, there are 3 en-suite bathrooms and 1 separate bathroom.

Karaoke and outdoor kitchen

The karaoke room is in the central hall, with a 75-inch Smart TV, a karaoke set (vocal mute, key change, song selection by keyboard) and 2 wireless microphones.

There is also an outdoor kitchen for cooking yourselves, and a grill area for groups who love grilling in the shade. Air conditioning throughout the villa keeps the rooms cool and comfortable for your whole stay.

Indoor kitchen

The kitchen has a gas stove, a 2-door refrigerator of 23.5 cubic feet, a 20-litre microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster and an air fryer, along with a rice cooker, 2 pans, 3 cooking pots, a knife set, chopping boards and a set of plates.

For barbecue parties, a BBQ grill and an ice bucket are provided.

In the heart of the area between beaches and attractions

Travel times from Google Maps are 14 minutes to Sor Beach, 16 minutes to Teiyngam Beach, 20 minutes to Sai Kaew Beach, and 25 minutes to Nam Sai Beach or Nang Ram Beach. The pier for Samaesarn Island is 27 minutes away, and Nong Nooch Garden is 17 minutes away.

Nearby, there is a 7-Eleven about 400 metres away and the restaurant Pad Thai Pa Uan about 550 metres away. At the entrance to the villa estate there are a 7-11 and a CJ More, and the 7-11 offers delivery to your accommodation. Parking is for 4–6 cars per villa.
