Easy shopping, no long drives
Sun&zone pool villa sits opposite Na Jomtien–Huay Yai Beach, 4.5 kilometres from the sea. Within walking distance are Je Ploen Yasosakthong restaurant about 310 m away, Chai Si shop in front of 7-Eleven about 330 m away and a Mini Big C about 360 m away.
If you forget to bring supplies, there's no need to worry. A PTT petrol station is about 1.2 kilometres away.

The 7 × 3 m swimming pool is 150 cm deep, suited to adults and older children who can swim.
The villa has 3 children's life jackets. Parents with young children should have them wear a life jacket every time they get in the pool.
4 bedrooms, plus one more bathroom in the living room
Bedroom 1 has one 5-ft bed. Bedroom 2 has two 5-ft beds. Bedroom 3 has one 5-ft bed and one 3.5-ft bed. All three have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has one 5-ft bed and one 3.5-ft bed.
There is also 1 bathroom in the living room, a TV in every room and a water heater in every room.
Karaoke and living room
YouTube karaoke lets the whole group sing together. Outdoor sound is allowed until 23:00, and indoor sound is allowed all night.
Household supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags.
Kitchen with moo kratha grill
The kitchen is fully equipped, with cups, plates, spoons, forks, pots, pans, a barbecue grill, a moo kratha grill, glasses and more, along with an 80-litre ice bucket.
Seasonings are not provided, but you can buy them at the nearby shops described above. Charcoal and ice service is available until 6 in the evening (18:00).
