Blue Tierra sits opposite North Pattaya Beach, 7.8 km from the sea, but within a short walk you will find a 7-Eleven 231 m away, Ban Map Prachan Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital 239 m, a PTT petrol station 276 m, and Mae Kuk Kui restaurant 306 m.

A little further out are Nong Prue Market at 617 m and an ATM at 652 m, so you can buy fresh food or withdraw cash during the trip.

Adult pool, kids' pool and 12 m slide

The pool measures 8 × 4.5 m. The adult side is 140 cm deep and the kids' pool is 60 cm deep. There is a 12 m slide to play on, along with 4 children's life jackets.

A bathroom outside by the pool means wet swimmers don't have to walk into the house every time.

The house has 5 bedrooms: 1 downstairs and 4 upstairs. Bedroom 3 has 1 six-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub, while bedroom 4 has up to 3 five-foot beds, so a group of close friends can share one room.
