The whole group can stay together under one roof
The house is across from North Pattaya Beach, 7.8 km from the sea, so it is a house for being together rather than for walking around. It sleeps 16–30 guests and suits family reunions, company trips or several families of close friends.
All 5 bedrooms are en suite. Bedroom 3 has two 6-ft beds and bedroom 4 has two 5-ft beds. Bedroom 1 has a 5-ft bunk bed, ideal for children sleeping together.
9 × 5 m pool with a 12-metre slide
The adult pool is 1.4 m deep and the kids' pool is 0.6 m deep, with a 12-metre slide and a jacuzzi. At night the pool lights can change colour, setting the mood for a party by the pool.
The house has 4 children's life jackets. Parents should always have someone watching children near the pool.
86-inch lounge screen and karaoke
The lounge has one 86-inch smart TV and YouTube karaoke. Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, and indoor sound is allowed all night.
The house's facilities list also includes a pool table.
A kitchen for big meals
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, a blender, a microwave, an ice bucket, a barbecue grill, a moo kratha grill and a shabu pot, well suited to cooking for many people. Seasonings must be brought by guests.
For stays of 3 nights, a cleaning service is provided on the second night.
