10 m slide and kids' pool
The 5 × 11 metre adult pool is 1.5 metres deep and has a 10-metre slide, so thrill-seekers can play to their heart's content. The kids' pool is 0.6 metres deep and set apart for small children.
The house has 3 life jackets for children and adults, in sizes SS, S and M.
Karaoke and pool table
Inside there is YouTube-based karaoke with microphones and a pool table for the whole group. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, and indoors all night.
The living room has 1 smart TV, plus TVs in 3 bedrooms, for 4 smart TVs in total.
Bedrooms on the first and second floors
On the second floor, bedroom 1 has one 6-ft bed and one 3.5-ft bed, with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has one 6-ft bed and one 5-ft bed. Bedroom 3 has a 6-ft bed and one 3.5-ft bed.
On the first floor, bedrooms 4 and 5 each have a 6-ft bed and one 3.5-ft bed. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 additional shared bathroom in the hall. Older guests can choose to stay downstairs.
Kitchen and barbecue
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a grill, wine glasses and an air fryer, plus one 100-litre ice bin and 2 separate ice coolers for the table.
Provided amenities are a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, rubbish bags, shower caps and cotton buds.
