Glass House B8: eight-bedroom enclosed villa with karaoke 24 hours a day, for 22–30 guests
For large groups of up to thirty who want music with no curfew, Glass House B8 is an enclosed villa with all eight bedrooms on the second floor, each with an en-suite bathroom, and the bonus of shops just over five hundred meters away.

Enclosed villa, sound allowed all night
The villa is enclosed, so indoor sound is allowed 24 hours a day, provided the doors are closed properly. Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00.
YouTube-based karaoke is the main toy for groups throwing a big party. The villa provides hair dryers, bath towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and trash bags, as well as water heaters.
All eight bedrooms are on the second floor
All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Bedrooms 1 to 3 each have one 6-foot bed, bedroom 4 has two 6-foot beds, bedrooms 5–6 each have one 6-foot bed, and bedrooms 7–8 each have two 6-foot beds.
Every room has an en-suite bathroom, so a group of a dozen or more families won't have to fight over bathrooms, but the bedrooms have no TV.
Adult pool and kids' pool
The pool measures 5 × 8 meters, with the adult section sloping from 60 to 130 cm deep, and a separate 50 cm-deep kids' pool so little ones can play close to their parents.
Children's and adult life jackets are provided, 3 of each.
Kitchen and ordering ice
The kitchen is fully equipped, with pans, pots, plates and bowls, cutlery, a mortar and pestle, a blender and a microwave, plus a 200-liter ice bucket.
Ice comes in 10-kilogram bags and can be ordered before 20:00, either a full bucket (holds 8 bags) or a half bucket (holds 4 bags). Charcoal, 3 bags, can be ordered at any time overnight.
Shops and parking
CJ More Huai Yai branch is about 550 meters away, Chak Ngaeo Market about 560 meters, Paragon Park about 570 meters, TESCO Lotus Express about 600 meters, and Thanadon Congee Shop about 630 meters.
Parking for 2–3 cars inside the villa, with the rest in front, and buses can park.
Children and pets
Up to 3 children aged 8 and under stay free. Pets, both small and large, are welcome, with a nightly service charge.
The villa is about 7.1 kilometers from the sea, so it focuses on activities at the villa itself.
