When your group tops thirty people, Vivian Pattaya is a house truly designed for big numbers. It has nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, twin pools, twin slides, and 85-inch and 75-inch Google TVs in the main hall, all within walking distance of convenience stores.

A location close to shops
Vivian Pattaya sits opposite Na Jomtien Beach-Huai Yai, 7 km from the sea, so it suits staying in and enjoying activities at the house. The upside is that shops are close: Paragon Park is about 410 m away, CJ More Huai Yai branch about 420 m, and TESCO Lotus Express about 430 m.
Thanadon (rice porridge) is about 540 m away, Krachio Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital about 790 m, and a PTT petrol station about 1.3 km.
Twin pools and twin slides
The pools each measure 4 × 8 m. With two pools, children and adults can play in separate ones. The twin slides are 13 m long with a weight limit of 70 kg, and only one person may slide at a time. Sliding down in a chain is strictly forbidden.
The house does not provide swim rings, ducks or balls, only float mats. 5–10 children's life jackets are available.
Nine bedrooms, all en suite
Bedrooms 1–4 and 6–8 each have 2 five-foot beds. Bedroom 5 has 1 five-foot bed, and bedroom 9 has 3 five-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.
There are 2 more bathrooms in the living room, so large groups don't have to fight over bathrooms in the morning. The house provides water heaters, hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and bin bags.
Main hall and karaoke
The main hall has 2 Google TVs, 85 and 75 inches, plus YouTube karaoke and a pool table, a gathering space where the group can spend the whole night together.
Sound is allowed outdoors until 22:00, and speakers must not be taken outside. Indoors, sound is allowed at all times; please close the doors tightly.
Kitchen and daily extras
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, an ice bucket and a barbecue grill. No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own.
The house includes 2 bags of charcoal and 2 bags of ice every day, plus a 200-litre ice bucket, but no drinking water is provided.
A sample day here
- AfternoonCheck in at 14:00. Split into groups across the two pools and take turns on the slides, one at a time.
- EveningBarbecue with the complimentary charcoal and drink the water you brought yourselves.
- NightWatch the Google TVs or sing karaoke in the main hall. Turn off outdoor sound before 22:00.
- The next morningPack up in time for check-out at 11:00, as overtime is charged at 2,000 baht per hour.

- Once booked, bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled under any circumstances
- Cancellations are not eligible for a refund of the deposit under any circumstances

- Dinner table setup service, 1,000 baht setup fee (no candles; damaged equipment is charged at actual cost)
