Nautica Pool Villa is opposite North Pattaya Beach, about 6 kilometres from the sea, so it is not a walk-to-the-beach house; instead it is designed to be a house you never tire of, on a plot of 96 square wah.
It holds 8 guests and can be extended to 13 with advance notice, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi
The pool measures 3 × 7 metres and is 1.4 metres deep, with a jacuzzi, open from 8:00 to 23:00 to keep the neighbourhood peaceful.
Children must be under adult supervision at all times while in the swimming pool or jacuzzi.
Games and entertainment corner
The house has a PS5, YouTube karaoke, a pool table, a table-tennis table and air hockey, so there are activities to choose from all day without going anywhere.
Each bedroom has a TV, and one room has a PS5 console so you can play right in the room.
Four bedrooms
The first three bedrooms have 6-foot beds and the other has a 5-foot bed, sleeping 8 guests, with room for 5 more, for a total of 13 guests.
Towels and a hair dryer are provided, along with free Wi-Fi.
Kitchen and barbecue corner
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, a blender, a microwave, a grill, a mookata grill, a shabu pot and wine glasses, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.
The house does not provide charcoal or ice; you can walk to buy them yourself at a wholesale shop about 300 metres from the villa.

- EveningSet up a mookata or shabu grill at the house, and walk over to the nearby wholesale shop for supplies.

Good to know before you stay
- Outdoor noise is allowed until 23:00.
- Quiet hours: please respect the neighbours and strictly avoid loud noise after 23:00. Playing loud music, shouting or making excessive noise during this time is not allowed.
- No parties or events: large gatherings, bachelor parties or any other events are not allowed without permission. Only the registered number of guests is permitted, unless agreed in advance.
- Do not bring pets or animals of any kind into the villa or the property, including the pool and garden. Violations will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit, and the booking will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
- No-refund policy: once a booking is confirmed and paid, all bookings are final and non-refundable. This covers cancellations, early departures and no-shows.
- Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and cannabis, in every area inside the villa, including all four bedrooms and the main living room.
- Violations incur a minimum fine of 10,000 THB (300 US dollars) for special cleaning and repair of smoke damage.
- Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor areas (the terrace and the pool).
- Do not use glass cups, glass bottles or food containers near the pool or jacuzzi. Please use the plastic or unbreakable cups provided.
- Children must be under adult supervision at all times while in the swimming pool or jacuzzi.
- Please use energy sparingly and turn off all air conditioners and lights when leaving a room or the villa.
- Do not flush tissues down the toilet, as the drainage system cannot handle them. Please dispose of them in the bins provided in each bathroom.
- By booking this property, guests agree to follow the house rules. Failure to comply may result in a fine or immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.
- No seasonings are provided; please bring your own.
- The house does not provide charcoal or ice; you can walk to buy them yourself at a wholesale shop 300 metres from the villa.
- The house allows 120 electricity units per day; usage over 120 units is charged an extra 8 THB per unit.
- If the used dishes are not washed, there is a 1,000 THB cleaning fee.
