Panmora has a much clearer party atmosphere than the average house, with a disco, a JBL PartyBox speaker, a 75-inch TV and a 3-in-1 table that combines snooker, air hockey and table tennis in one. The pool uses a saltwater system and there is a separate kids' pool.

Saltwater pool, kids' pool and slide
The private saltwater swimming pool is 5 m wide and 9 m long, 1.30 m deep, and the kids' pool is 0.65 m deep, so little ones can play separately. The house has a slide and a bathtub, plus fancy swim rings for photos.

A full-system entertainment room
Inside there is karaoke with a JBL PartyBox speaker, a disco and a 75-inch TV. The 3-in-1 pool table can be used for snooker, air hockey and table tennis.
Sound is allowed at full volume until midnight, and after that you can keep going inside the house with the doors closed until morning, a relaxed rule for groups who like a long night of fun.
Five bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a 6-ft bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two 5-ft beds, and bedroom 5, on the mezzanine, has a 6-ft bed. These four rooms all have bathrooms.
Bedroom 4 has two bunk beds of 3.5 + 5 ft and uses a shared bathroom, suited to children or teenagers sleeping together. The hot and cold water system is hotel style.
Kitchen and barbecue area
The kitchen has basic equipment, a two-door refrigerator, a microwave and a rice cooker, along with a barbecue grill and a 200-litre ice bucket.
Towels, a hair dryer, soap and shampoo are provided in the house.
Sattahip location, and what to know
The house is in the Sattahip–Samaesarn area, 11 km from the sea. The house information lists Dong Tan Beach at 11 km, Sor Beach at 12.3 km and Sai Kaew Beach at 18.5 km, so you will need to drive to the sea if you want to go.
Nearby, the Seven Day Cafe & Camp is about 2.5 km away and Krua Pa Pim fishing pond restaurant is about 2.7 km away, so it is best to buy supplies before you arrive.
