A villa for groups who love playing together at home

Emery Poolvilla sits on the side opposite Na Jomtien-Huai Yai Beach, about 6.8 kilometres from the sea, which makes it a better fit for spending time around the villa than for strolling down to the beach. It sleeps 12–15 guests across 3 bedrooms.

Good to know from the start: pets are not allowed. Children under 7 stay free, up to 3 guests (sharing a bed with their parents), so families with little ones can plan their headcount more easily.

Swimming pool and slide

The pool measures 4 × 8 metres and is 1.3 metres deep, with a 5-metre slide rated for up to 150 kilograms. Adults who want to give it a go should check their weight before sliding down into the pool.

For the little ones, there are children's life jackets ready to use: 2 in size S and 1 in size M.

Bedrooms with two big beds each

All 3 bedrooms have one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have en-suite bathrooms, while the villa's information does not state that bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.

All 3 rooms have a water heater. Provided amenities are a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags.

Karaoke, pool table and noise rules

Inside there is 1 smart TV with YouTube karaoke, plus a pool table for friends who love a good game.

On noise: sound outdoors is allowed until 22:00, while indoors it is allowed throughout the night, but please keep the doors tightly closed.

Kitchen and barbecue grill

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, wine glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, a barbecue grill and a Mu Kratha grill, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

If you would like a bit of an outdoor atmosphere, the restaurants Black Forest and Tropical Fruits Paradise are about 100 metres from the villa.
