Close to the market, close to restaurants
The villa is 4.5 kilometers from the sea, so it suits staying at the villa rather than walking to the beach, but it has the advantage of the market. Mae La-or Market is about 63 meters away, a sit-down restaurant about 509 meters away and Pattaya City Public Park about 504 meters away.
CJ More on Chaiyaphruek 2 Road is about 678 meters away, for picking up extra supplies late at night.

Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
Bedrooms 1 and 2 have 5-foot beds, while bedroom 3 has a 5-foot bunk bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more bathroom in the hall area.
Water heaters are provided, and supplies include hair dryers, bath towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, tissues and trash bags.
A mookata kitchen and karaoke
