A quiet location near the Chak Ngaeo community

The Hillside Pool Villa sits opposite Ban Amphur–Wat Yan Beach, 11 kilometres from the sea. It is not a walk-to-the-beach villa, but you get the privacy of a villa set further inland.

Suphannee traditional khanom krok shop is about 1.6 kilometres away, CJ More (Chak Ngaeo branch) about 1.7 kilometres, Chak Ngaeo Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital about 1.7 kilometres, and Chak Ngaeo Chinese Market about 1.9 kilometres.

8 m wide pool, 1.6 m deep

The swimming pool is 8 m wide, 4 m long and 1.6 m deep, deeper than at many villas and suited to adults and teenagers who are strong swimmers. Parents bringing young children should supervise closely.

The 3.4 m slide has a weight limit of 200 kilograms and takes no more than 2 people at a time. The villa provides 2 children's and 2 adult life jackets.

Five bedrooms, en-suite bathroom in every room

Floor 1 has bedrooms 1 and 2, each with one 6-ft bed. Floor 2 has bedroom 3 with one 6-ft bed, bedroom 4 with two 5-ft beds, and bedroom 5 with two 5-ft beds and one 3.5-ft bed.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and hot and cold water runs throughout the villa. The villa provides a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags.

TV, karaoke, pool table

There are smart TVs in a total of 7 rooms, so each room can pick its own film or show, while the living room has karaoke and a pool table for groups who want to hang out together.

Outdoor sound is allowed until 23:00. Indoors, sound is allowed all night. Children under 7 stay free for 2 guests.

Kitchen, services and extras

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket, a barbecue grill, wine glasses, shot glasses and a kettle. Please bring your own seasonings.

For stays longer than 1 night, free house cleaning is provided, and the villa includes 24 bottles of 600 ml drinking water.
